The purpose of eu-LISA's Single Programming Document is to give a structured overview of the main objectives and activities to be achieved and performed in 2017. It reveals the connections and the logic in the breakdown of our long-term strategic goals into multi-annual and annual objectives and outcomes. Taking into consideration the necessity of a strong control on expenses, the Single Programming Document contains not only the amount of work to be done and the results to be achieved in 2017, but also provides liaison to the required human and financial resources, thus assuring an overall picture of the Agency’s planned performance.
