eu-LISA and the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Tallinn on 16 September 2026, further strengthening cooperation between the two Agencies.
Signed by eu-LISA Executive Director Tillmann Keber and ENISA Executive Director Juhan Lepassaar, the MoU sets out a framework for agreeing the technical and governance arrangements for eu-LISA to host ENISA’s Single Reporting Platform under the Cyber Resilience Act.
The agreement builds on the longstanding cooperation and complementary expertise of the two Agencies in areas including cybersecurity, information security, business continuity, ICT applications, and the management and resilience of operational IT systems.
The MoU provides a basis for continued collaboration and knowledge exchange, while supporting a structured and sustained partnership between eu-LISA and ENISA in support of a secure and resilient European Union.
