Throughout the year, eu-LISA continued its efforts to contribute to a fully functioning and resilient Schengen area for the benefit of European citizens. Since all JHA systems managed by the Agency support the implementation of EU policies in the areas of border management, visas, migration and asylum, digitalisation, and also contribute to combating organised crime and terrorism, their continued evolution

The SIS 2024 Annual Statistics Report is an annual public statistical document, published by eu-LISA, presenting a collection of data received from Member States and Associated Countries connected to SIS, combined with data available from the Central SIS system, as per the legal instruments governing the system. This report is accompanied by a factsheet.

This Single Programming Document (SPD) presents eu-LISA's planned activities and resource allocation for the 2025–2027 period, providing our stakeholders with assurance that the Agency is taking a systematic and consistent approach towards delivering its mandate. PLEASE NOTE: The SPD 2025–2027 is subject to change. At the time of its statutory adoption, discussions were still ongoing regarding the entry into operation

Each year, since it assumed the operational management of the system, eu-LISA publishes the list of competent authorities which are authorised to directly search the data contained in SIS as well as the list of National SIS Offices and SIRENE Bureaux.
