From Strasbourg Station (Gare de Strasbourg):
- Take Bus H from Gare centrale and get off at the eighth stop, Parlement Européen. The venue is a minute walk from the stop.
- or -
- Take Tram F from Faubourg National Gare Centrale and get off at the third stop, République. Switch to Tram E and get off at the third stop, Parlement Européen. The venue is a minute walk from the stop.

- Take Tram B from Faubourg National Gare Centrale and get off at the sixth stop, Wacken. The venue is a two-minute walk from the stop.
- From Frankfurt Airport:
- Book the Lufthansa Express Bus connection. The boarding pass will serve as the bus ticket. It can only be booked in advance, not on the bus.
- Stops: Strasbourg Station, Boulevard de Metz and Hilton Strasbourg. For the connection from Strasbourg Station, please see the previous point (↑).
Both tram and bus tickets cover the same network of public transportation and can be used interchangeably on any tram and bus in the city. A single journey ticket costs 1.90€ on the Badgéo card or 2.50€ on board. They can be purchased online and through contactless format, but the latter one incurs a 0.20€ extra cost on the first payment. They can also be purchased at the train station.
Meals
Lunch will be served on the first day.
Light finger food options and complementary drinks will be offered during the networking cocktail reception in the evening on the first day of the event.
There will be several coffee breaks with pastries served during both days.
Conference languages
The event will take place in English. Interpretation during the event will not be provided. All communications with the organising team will be in English.
