Interoperability – List of Authorities that may use or have access to the ESP and CIR

Article 71(1) of Regulation (EU) 2019/817 and Article 67(1) of Regulation (EU) 2019/818 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated 20 May 2019 requires the Member States to notify eu-LISA of the authorities referred to in Articles 7, 20, 21 and 26 of said Regulations that may use or have access to the ESP and the CIR respectively. The present list is based on the input received from Member States by 11 June 2026.
