Yet despite their indispensable contributions, gender inequalities persist, underscoring the need to recognise their value and provide unwavering support for a safer and more equal Europe.

Within the realm of IT in Justice and Home Affairs, women offer unique perspective and expertise, vital in addressing modern challenges. From cybersecurity to data protection, their insights are critical for fortifying Europe's digital infrastructure and combating cyber threats. By valuing and empowering women, we bolster our ability to protect citizens' rights, strengthen security measures, and advance equality.
