On 8 October 2015 eu-LISA will hold a working-level Conference "The future tested: Towards a Smart Borders reality" in Tallinn, Estonia. The conference will bring together over a hundred experts and delegates from EU Institutions and Agencies, national authorities of EU Member States, international organisations, academia and other stakeholders. Presentations and discussions will focus on the evolution of border management in Europe and the technical solutions that could be deployed in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness and thereby benefit European citizens.
