The latest edition of Bits & Bytes, eu-LISA's digital newsletter, is out!
In this issue, we take a look at our Agency's recent milestones and achievements in the takeover of e-justice system e-CODEX and in the development of EES, the Entry/Exit System, which is set to replace the current practice of manual stamping of passports with electronic records.
We also cover eu-LISA's new, transversal way of working, which has been instrumental in making strides towards the delivery of the EU's interoperability architecture.
2024 is the year the Agency holds the Presidency of the Justice and Home Affairs Agencies Network, established to strengthen inter-agency collaboration. Issue #7 of Bits & Bytes provides an overview of the nine EU Agencies that are part of the network, which the joint priorities for 2024 are, as well as key events, seminars and workshops that took place in the first half of the year.
