Steps of the Selection Process 

  1. 1. Publication of the Vacancy Notice

    All open vacancies are advertised on the eu-LISA e-Recruitment Platform and on other media channels, such as EPSO, our LinkedIn page or specialised media.

  2. 2. Submission of the Application

    Candidates should apply in English through the eu-LISA e-Recruitment Platform before the deadline.

  3. 3. Eligibility Criteria Check

    The eligibility of applications is checked against the criteria described in the vacancy notice. Those eligible are admitted to the selection procedure.

  4. 4. Selection Criteria Check

    The applications are assessed against the selection criteria in the vacancy notice. The selection panel draws up a list of candidates to be invited to the following phase.

  5. 5. Assessment Phase

    Short-listed candidates might undergo an initial assessment such as a pre-recorded interview. The final assessment phase consists of a panel interview along with a written test in the relevant area of expertise.

  6. 6. Establishment of the Reserve List

    The most suitable candidates are placed on a reserve list.
