Agnès Diallo - Executive Director

Agnès Diallo is the Executive Director of eu-LISA since 16 March 2023. She has over 20 years of experience supporting government-level institutions and private sector organisations in the areas of digital identity, data protection, security, as well as business transformation.

Luca TAGLIARETTI - Deputy Executive Director

Luca Tagliaretti is the Deputy Executive Director of eu-LISA since 16 March 2020. He also held the position of Interim Executive Director from 1 November 2022 to 15 March 2023. He has more than 20 years of experience working with European Institutions and International Organisations complemented with an Engineering degree and two additional post-graduate Masters.

Krum GARKOV

Krum Garkov is the Executive Director of eu-LISA since 1 November 2012. He has more than 15 years of cross-cultural experiences spanning the public and private sectors, complemented by two Master degrees in the area of information technology and a MBA. Mr Garkov is a goal-oriented, innovative technology strategist driving large-scale global operations to optimize IT portfolio management and operational efficiency.
