eu-LISA has established the e-CODEX Programme Management Board to advise eu-LISA's Management Board on the long-term sustainability of the e-CODEX system, in particular during the handover and takeover process laid down in the regulation, with regard to the prioritisation of activities, and other strategic commitments. The e-CODEX Programme Management Board also ensures the adequate management of the e-CODEX system and monitors respect for the principle of the independence of the judiciary and prompt preventive or corrective action.
The e-CODEX Programme Management Board is composed of ten members: eight Member states, appointed by the Management Board, The European Commission and the Chair of the e-CODEX Advisory Group.
